To start using the E1659Fwux, you first have to install the DisplayLink software. The PC side of the cable has two USB connectors, but you'll only need one in most cases (if you're using an older PC or laptop you may need to draw power using the second connector). It draws power and receives a video signal from the host PC using the included Y-shaped cable. Other than a proprietary USB 3.0 port at the rear of the monitor, you won't find any I/O ports on this display.
